 Working safely is an integral part of business at Maplehurst Farms. As we transition into the busy harvest season, we ask that all visitors to any Maplehurst Farms site adhere to these basic safety rules:

  • Speed limit on all sites is 10 mph. 

  • No smoking or electronic cigarettes allowed in dump pit areas.

  • Cell phone use while in the dump pits is prohibited.

  Please follow all instructions provided by our friendly staff to ensure that everyone has the safest harvest possible.

Anhydrous Ammonia Certified Grower Training

The Illinois Department of Agriculture now requires all Illinois farmers and any of their employees or family members who help transport or apply anhydrous ammonia to complete Certified Grower training before April 1, 2022.  We have provided a link below to access approved Department of Agriculture online training.  If you need any assistance, please contact your Maplehurst Agronomy Sales Representative.
