· USDA mandatory pork carcass cutout value firmed $1.82 on Tue. to $74.87 and is up $5.28 versus last week
· CME Lean Hog Index gained $0.62 on Tue. to $57.05. October futures fell $2.90 but are still $5.50 above the index
